Proprietary Learning Methodology:  Future Achievement International has researched and developed a proprietary character-based, "inside-out" learning model that is focused upon first understanding the individual character competencies and behavioral traits of a person by applying a proprietary character and behavior assessment process, known as the MERIT Profile.  The MERIT Profile is generated from a skillfully constructed 60-item survey providing a picture of an individual's present character and behavioral DNA.  

ü   Each MERIT Profile provides both descriptive statements and numerical scores regarding 3 character categories (Attitudes, Beliefs and Commitments), 4 behavioral traits and 10 character competencies.   

 

ü  The insights gained by administering a MERIT Profile regarding an individual's Attitudes, Beliefs, and Commitments are very important for the hiring process, employee development strategies and retaining valuable employees. The MERIT Profile reveals many elements of a person's character and behavior profile that directly contribute to the organization's culture and business results - both positively and negatively!
