The two workshop platforms below are designed to be standardized learning workshops for either managers or supervisors and/or for an organization's general employee population.  Additionally, a Train-The-Trainer Certification program is available for organizations that prefer to conduct the training internally for their managers/supervisors and/or employees.
 
Developing Authentic Leaders

This learning program is suggested to be a 16-hour learning workshop for owners, managers and supervisors (Program structure/time frame can be adjusted to meet client requirements).  The subject matter will provide a participant with a valuable and positive personal and professional learning experience.  The workshop will encourage each participant with the desire to learn and apply the MAXIMIZERS™ principles and valuable insights regarding their own personal MERIT Profile and Life*Action Plan.

   
 
ü     Program Overview: Character value proposition, what hinders/empowers performance and productivity, MAXIMIZERS principles, MERIT Profile, Life*Action Plan and Coaching Insights.
 
ü     Learning Materials: Workbook, Achieving Authentic Success book and 6-CDs (6-hours of learning), MERIT Profile, Life*Action Plan and additional Resources CD.
 

Achieving Authentic Success®

This learning program is structured as a 10-hour learning workshop for the general employee population (Program structure/time frame can be adjusted to meet client requirements). The subject matter will provide a participant with a valuable and positive personal and professional learning experience. The workshop will encourage each participant with the desire to learn and apply the MAXIMIZERS principles and valuable insights regarding their own personal MERIT Profile and Life*Action Plan.
