MERIT Profile™

The MERIT Profile is a character & behavioral assessment tool to optimize your hiring and employee development efforts. The MERIT Profile can be applied as a companywide development instrument and/or a talent acquistion tool through a custom performance index for individual job positions.

The MERIT Profile provides a view into 10 character competencies that are grouped as the Attitudes, Beliefs, and Commitments of the person completing this assessment. The 10 character competencies are built around Future Achievement's proprietary MAXIMIZERS™ principles.

The MERIT Profile is a web-based, print optional report of an individual's responses to a 60-item character and behavior survey. Results are scored immediately and provide your leadership team with information to support your hiring and people development processes.

 
 
The MERIT Profile is available in a 6-page Recruitment Report summary and a 13-page detailed Employee Development Report.
 
Each MERIT Profile provides both descriptive statements and numerical scores regarding 10 character competencies, 4 behavioral traits and provides a scoring for an individual's Attitudes, Beliefs and Commitments.
